I arrived around 5pm failed the state inspection due to 1 single tire. The promotion on new snow tires made it more cost effective to get 4 new tire, an alignment and received oil change same evening. I felt I came to the right place to get quality service and products in a time efficient manner.

This is my 3rd experience with NTB at two different locations and each time I had a great experience. The staff were willing to work with me, it is quick and easy, and they seemed to value my time and needs. I really like this organization.

I have been a customer for many years, servicing many vehicles & Steve, Marco, Bruce & the rest of the staff have always taken great care of my vehicles. The work is always done right, they stand behind their work, I am very comfortable doing business with the guys at this location.

My wife walked in & purchased a battery and left without any difficulty.

Availability of the parts I needed for repair of my vehicle, timeliness of the work completed was very good, explanation of repairs and costs of parts as well as the opportunity to sign up for an NTB credit card to pay off my bill within six months is very helpful.

WORK IS ALWAYS DONE RIGHT, AND THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY.
