I called before I came down and they told me a 2 1/2 - 3 hour wait, but we will get you in as quickly as we can. Came down within an hour and they explained the pricing before perfectly before the work was done and 1 1/2 hours later they were done. It was quick compared to waiting 3 hrs. Very nice staff, everyone that I was in contact with greeted me. I’ve been coming to this location for 20 years.

Associate was very informative and told us exactly how long it would be. They did discover a problem with the struts during the change and suggested coming back next day, which we did.

The overall service was excellent and price reasonable. The service reps were very knowledgeable and explained the service procedure and potential issues throughly. I would suggest the online scheduling procedure to change. There were several time windows available for me to choose from. But upon arrival, there were 2 vehicles to be completed in front of me. My 8:30 AM appointment should not have been an option if there are 2 vehicles in front of me to be completed. I planned on waiting considering I was just having tires mounted and balanced, but reconsidered after advice from my service rep.

I bought set if tires and rims in 02/19 and recently lost a center cap cover. Bruce ordered a replacement immediately and told me to just stop by anytime and he would pop it on. Always courteous and go above and beyond customer service expectations.
