Good service but I waited 2 hours for a simple oil change with scheduled appointment.

Excellent promt service, the associate i worked with was both professional and thorough. I was very satisfied with the repair and solution to my tire issue.

Quick and friendly service

I had a problem with my engine sound they said it was driving belt and it is going to cost 350$ but ut was wrong i replaced the driving belt but nothing was good.

All of the associates were very knowledgeable about the products and services and took the time to explain everything to me as well as to other customers that I watched while I was waiting. Joshua P. was very friendly and knowledgable.

Their biggest problem is the wait time. They are busy from opening to close. BUT they have really friendly service - Jennifer is very kind and attentive. I like that I can see my car from the waiting area. They might want to rethink how many cars they take in per day, since I think the staff is running on fume with that overload every single day. Low customer satisfaction and lost business are to blame on the very lengthy waiting time with a scheduled(!) appointment.

I came in at 6:30, pretty close to the time they closed and John was very helpful and explained everything to me. I never felt rushed. His mechanic who fixed my issue was very friendly. I would 100% recommend NTB to friends and family and I will be back!

Had an appointment at 930 to get an oil change and didn't get out of there till 1130

Even though I had no appointment I was helped right away and details were told to me about everything that happened. I was out of there in a timely manner. They even gave me the nail that was in the tire.

I scheduled my appointment online.To change oil and rotate tires. The service time is lengthy, it took 60 minutes to be completed. The reception area clerk was friendly, but not very informative after the service was completed. I wasn't told whether they did air in my tires, two weeks later my front tire had low air, and both my back tires had 38ppi instead of 33ppi.

Great guys work there, friendly and helpful

The prices were high. To get two tires put on was over three hours. Then I sat an additional half hour while everyone ignored my completed work order sitting in the bin. This is my last time in NTB.

I,m very satisfied with the service I received and very friendly service. I bring my car to NTB for service whenever it needs to be serviced. The location of NTB is very convenient ,close to my employment

Very poor. I got one tire got puncture they force me to replace all 4 with only 14 thousand miles on my new car. Than after a year I got another puncture on one tire against but they refused to replace all of them and say just one is good. Because it was covered by the hazard warranty so this time just replacing the one tire is good? The first one is 14 thousand miles, the second is 10 thousand miles btw.

There is not enough space to write the entire ridiculous process we went through. We were misled about everything. Used several times in the past but never again.

Overall very easy to schedule and I like that I can drop off my car after work and wait for the work to be done. I would go to the dealer but it is more difficult and they dont have later hours

Friendly and informative staff. Got the sense that customers matter.
