I previously got service from another NTB on Dupont Hwy and after getting new tires I noticed that my oil cover was tampered with and screws were replaced with zip ties. I change my own oil so I never need it to be checked during any service appointment. I also spent well over 4hrs at that appointment and was told it was because they were short handed. If they were doing what they were paid to do I would have returned to that location so now this will be my new go to spot. Hopefully the waiting room gets a wipe down and some updated chair in the meantime. the customer services was satisfactory. Alex did a great job. Please make sure he knows that as well. Customer service is very important to me wherever I handle business and credit should be given to the employees who do their jobs well.
