Everything went smoothly

Inspection completed. The tech wasn't able to find any problem that would be causing the noise I reported nor was he able to hear the noise which I thought was a suspension issue (still under warranty from previous repair. No charge for the service inspection and invitation to return if any change in operation or increase in the squeaks. Ok.

Was pleased when I called to get quotes with how helpful they were. Everyone we came in contact with was great. Highly recommend

Have always had great service at NTB.

Heard a rattling in front wheel. Fortunately the tech evaluated it and found a rock between the vacuum plate and rotor. They said my brakes and rotors were fine. Chad Fleck was very helpful and professional. I will certainly recommend NTB to others.

I have worked with John, the customer associate, in the past, and he has always been attentive and helpful to me and other customers that I witnessed him working with. I like this NTB better than the one in Concord. It is only a 30-minute walk from my home, which is very convenient. I feel I always get high-quality service from this location. I have sent a friend to it, and they were also pleased with the service. I like their display of road hazards and the importance of paying a little extra for insurance. It has come in handy a few times over the years. Also, the alignment package for three years is perfect for the roads in the areas where I drive. It was recommended by a former associate and it also has paid off for me.
