Even though we didn’t have the key for our lug nuts, NTB waited for us to get replacement lug nuts and bring the van back, and they did everything they could to get our tires replaced. They also aligned the tires, which another auto shop could not properly do

I was greeted with kindness and respect as soon as I walked through the door. The associate quickly pulled up the information on my vehicle and my car was serviced in less the a half hour.

Candy and Bobby were great! I'd had a problem with a different NTB (Charleston, WV), and came to the New Martinsville location because I'd had good service there before. And they figured out the issue and fixed it! Bolt missing from rear sway bar, and three loose. They replaced and tightened the bolts. They were very nice and helpful and I'm grateful they could help me.
