Quick and painless as always

I love dealing with NTB in Moundsville. I noticed I was behind in getting my oil changed. I was able to schedule an appointment online for later that afternoon. I didn't have to wait weeks to get in. I am a 72 year old woman and I feel so comfortable there. Josh Booth and the staff are friendly and informative. The place is clean with plenty of chairs for all so if I want to wait at the shop it's no problem. And the service was done fast and efficient. Thanks guys!!

There was nothing to complain about. Made an appointment very easily. Came in at the specified time. Check in was was easy. I did not stay at the facility. He called and said it was done sooner than expected.
