Did not rook me this time....

I have 5 cars and appreciate the personal attention the employees give. I feel the staff goes above the normal standard of customer service which at this current period of time "the customer is always right" isn't always the correct view...

Tire service was great. Told me strut was leaking. Had new struts in December 2018 from my go to auto repair shop. Took to them next morning as were under warranty. Showed me evidence struts were not leaking on right rear. NTB had invoice attached 777.00 and I declined.

I walked in needing a tire alignment. This was the quickest service I have ever received from this location. I usually make appointments, but this time I needed to squeeze in and go on with my day. I am extremely happy with the service I received.

The service was satisfactory. I had a tire rotation, oil change, and state inspection. Upon arrival, I was given a turn around time of 1.5 hours. After 4 hours, I had my services completed.

Service folks were friendly and fixed the issue in a timely manner.. I will come back again whenever I have any issues with my tires or battery.

Great service, i spent over 4 hrs at a walmart store to have tires put on and in that time, no service was even done to my car! NTB had my car done in about 30 to 45 mins after i arrived

peyton got me in on a tight schedule and went above and beyond keeping me and my car safe.

I went in for two tires and an alignment. Two and a half hours later, I left with two tires and no alignment. Said my lower control arm bushings were bad. Told me I had to buy the whole arm $354. I know you can buy bushings. I didn't tell them this girl is an Army mechanic. Won't ever go back.

NTB no longer will be my go to for tires. I dropped my car off at noon and i asked them to check my front driver side tire. My husband had took the car by there earlier and they said it was worn and the belt inside was broken. When i left the car the guy said that my front tire may not be able to repaired..i said no problem i purchased the extended warranty. At 5pm i called and the guy said that my battery was totally dead and they could put a new one in. My tire check light is still blinking.
