I use NTB for a lot of my car needs...but I wasn't thrilled with my last visit. My car was left outside after I was told it would be kept inside. Well someone busted out my window. But NTB is saying that it's a public lot with no cameras! Cost me $280

The team of guys were pleasant and professional. They communicated well and explained what was going-on with my vehicle (unexpected problem). The mechanic appeared very knowledgeable.

I had experienced a tire blow out approximately one week ago and I dropped my wheel off just after that. The NTB staff ordered a new tire and then let me know when it had come in. I then brought my truck in the next morning when the store opened and they had my wheel/tire changed out in less than an hour. The manager of the store was very helpful.

They were very knowledgeable and very courteous. They let you know what was going on with the vehicle and made sure that it was all I needed or if I needed anything else done before I left. I always have a good experience with this business. I appreciate them very much. And by the way, thank you for asking me how it went. Very appreciative of the kindness and thoughtfulness. Other businesses could learn alot from you guys! Thank you so much.

The associates were super friendly and caring. They took the time to listen to my needs and wants while being super respectful with their recommendations. They gave me an estimated time and kept great communication throughout the waiting period. I would highly recommend this location and these helpful associates!
