I was greeted promptly. The services I requested were completed quickly. They reported on the services and let me know when my next service should be scheduled. They were very busy at the front desk but treated me like I was the only one needing service.

I had a blowout on my no flat tire and needed to make it back to Pittsburgh- I called and Bobby was able to get me a tire that would make it home. Payton did show Bobby a button he needed to push.

Great customer service

They were very courteous, the service was excellent, and I got my promised discount from where I ran over a bolt and was forced to replace my rear tires on my 2010 mustang. They told me when I came back to do the front tires (which were long over due for replacement) I would be rewarded a discount. Tires for my Mustang are NOT cheap, and this was no exception however I couldnt beat the service I got at NTB. Go there!

NTB has been my go to tire retailer for at least 25 years. Best place in town for tire care
