Everything went well. Tire was replaced very quickly.

I had a flat tire and needed to be out of town that day. This location was the only local shop with my tires in stock and got me right in. Saved the day! And everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Fixed the problem with my tire

While travelling from Chicago enroute Charolotte NC, our car had an emergency breakdown, a near fatal accident. The NTB team at the location displayed utmost urgency, sensitivity, knowledge and capability to fix the problem. They treated I and my wife like family, provided a very reasonable estimate and got us safely back to Chicago. I would like to place on record my appreciation for the team - Peyton, Brian, Cindy, Caleb and the team of mechanics who worked on my car.

I took my 2000 Nissan exterra that needed brakes looked at. Had more problems than I thought. Peyton working with me thru the whole process. Great communication and work was done in a timely matter. A lot of work was done on the car. Charlie's did half the work and explained all what was wrong. The new lady there was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and I needed for the suv. I take all my brake and tire work to them. They go above service to find parts and get the work done right. You got a problem with your car brakes or tires plus they do a lot of mechanical work.

This location performed my vehicle inspection quickly and professionally in Feb so I decided to buy tires from them. Glad I switched from Firrstone! Brian gas been friendly and efficient both visits, and Caleb was fantastic this time, too! I appreciate their knowledge and integrity.

I was able to schedule an oil change online with ease. There was a little bit of a wait while they serviced my vehicle, but I didn't mind as the price was competitive when compared to other garages in the area. The employees were courteous and to the point.
