"Customer service was great and I really liked Mike who I was working with. I was only taken back that I had to keep calling to check in to see when my car was finished rather than they call me, even after the set date that said it would be ready. I rang the store 3 times checking in on the status of my car. The date they said it would be ready by came and went so I called the next day only to find out that my car was ready for pickup, although nobody thought to call me. It was frustrating as I had dropped my car off days beforehand with the tellers saying the car would be ready no later than the date I requested. This was not true and made it a big inconvenience for me."

I went to NTB looking for new tires. Bryan P was so great about helping me pick out the best option and for a great deal, including the rebates available For the purchase.

Service was great. The issue was the guy who was pulling my car in backed into a vehicle in wreak my car. He had 3 mirrors, Back up can W/Alerts, AND 2 EYES. So always ask for supervisor to pull your car in.
