Excellent service!

I am a loyal NTB customer and have been to many locations in Western PA. I travelled an hour to see Larry at the Greensburg location because of his superior customer service, knowledge, and honesty. This location and in particular, Larry has phenomenal customer service and is very trustworthy with any of my vehicle needs. It's nice to feel like I'm not constantly being upsold.

I was greeted warm and kindly. I felt like my business was appreciated. The gentleman went over every aspect of what was being purchased and done to my vehicle. When completed I was explained in detail what was done. Also communicated on making sure to come back to maintain the tires on my vehicle.

They were quick in completing a regular oil change and tire rotation. Had it done within an hour or so, and they kept my car clean
