I ask for emission light to get looked at, instead I received a oil change that I did not ask for and I just had a oil change not even 3 weeks ago.

This store is great, always. So helpful

lug nuts not tightened, oil service light not reset, and quote for exhaust system not provided. Have to take my vehicle back to have them check all lugs nuts, reset the oil light and replace the lug they broke off.

Dave, the associate I worked with was outstanding. His demeanor & professionalism were incredible. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and integrity. He made an unpleasant situation, having to pay for car repairs, into a pleasant relief. Also, I had the pleasure of interacting with the manager of this location, Mitch. He was equally friendly and accommodating. I left feeling like I had made the best decision possible by choosing NTB, and this particular location, to service my vehicle.

They charge you for everything I will never come here again you buy tires and they charge you for the wheel alligment so mad I'm doing this in front of them I came here to get a tire fix they couldn't fix it so I said sell me a tire they said they couldn't so I said sell me 2 tires they said that won't work I work at Cleveland clinic I asked 25 people and they said they bought 1 tire before and they have newer cars than mine they said I just got ripped off

The manager Mitch Philips is a people person and he is very helpful and good and making suggestions. I’ve told my sister about coming to NTB cause of the Mitch & his crew! She left Firestone cause their service was lousy!

Excellent service, and NTB representatives found the tires I needed extremely fast.

This will be my go to shop when I have problems with my car

Mitch Phillips does a tremendous job for NTB. He is a major reason we have brought all of our family cars to NTB for services over the last 10 years or so. And now our 4 adult children living in the area are regular customers as well. Mitch is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and communication with regard to repair status, etc. is excellent. He is someone we feel we can trust, which is very important. As a business owner, I very much appreciate it when I receive excellent service. Mitch is a real asset to NTB. Thank you, Len Sterle

I got new tires

I have been here before. They are wonderful.

They were able to accommodate my emergency tire repair, were patient with me and explained everything well.
