Everyone is very friendly and the overall experience is great. I consider this place the only place I would take my vehicle to because of the people and the service the mechanics provide as well as the trustworthiness of the service I receive every time I bring my car to them. I know a lot more about my car and what it needs and will need since making them my car mechanic.

There was NO SVC performed on my car. It was NEVER checked for ANYTHING. I had 2:15 appt and after waiting over an hour for SVC update. I asked for my keys and left for another scheduled appt.

I have been dealing with this NTB store and Mitch Williams, the manager for over 20 years for all of my auto needs. This includes minor repairs, tires, brakes, shock absorbers, tie rods. You name it and Mitch has always performed the service in a professional manner. Even when I was thought a service was not up to par, Mitch Williams corrected the issue in a very timely and courteous manner.
