Great customer service I would definitely recommend anyone to NTB the managers and the employees that work there are awesome all I know is that anytime my husband and I have any issues with our cars I know that we are in great hands with NTB thanks guys.

I have been dealing with NTB for years trusted its service to my vehicle but I contacted Mike Farrion @ 330-801-6733 in reference to some service done on my vehicle and an issue I had with the team and NEVER got a call back. I believe my vehicle did not receive the service that was stated as I took it to another repair shop and they looked at it and advised my car was NOT fixed properly. I am a woman and no I know nothing about cars but I should not be taken advantage of. I trusted this location and team to help me and from management not following up to the employees lack of communication I am very disappointed.
