I had a slow leak in my trailer tire. I left the tire at the store and was notified in less than 2 hours that the tire leak had been identified and repaired and was ready for pick-up, just as Mitch had promised when I dropped it off. Every service I have had with NTB on Chardon Rd has been this quick and satisfactory.
