Front desk gentleman was great (I don’t recall his name). He even wanted to ensure I was watching what I wanted in the waiting room. Explained everything in good detail. Shared side sales opportunities for NTB but didn’t pressure me. Great job.

I arrived at the store with no appointment with hopes of seeing if they’d be able to check out the flat tire in my trunk. Something had punctured it. They took it, let me know they’d see what they could do, and let me go about my day. I got called after a couple hours and they pull the object out and were able to patch the tire! Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff! Will be going there again for sure!

My plans were to make a 350 mile trip this morning. Chas took this into consideration, and while not promising anything, he gave it his best try to get me on my way. Dom took care of my problem in record time!! This is NOT the first time NTB (Rayma too) has gone above and beyond to take care of both me and my husband. THANK YOU !!

I called on a Saturday evening for a tire repair and oil change, and they were able to get me in first thing Sunday! It was ready within 2 hours of my appointment time, and everything was clearly explained to me.

Scheduled an appointment to have my tire looked at. They pin pointed the problem within minutes. They presented the options available and then even drove to go get a tire because it wasn't in stock at the location. They had it all inspected and pit back together within in 90 minutes. They were friendly and professional the whole time.
