I came into NTB Vernon Hills with two sets of tires I was looking at. The customer service associate provided his expertise in choosing the correct tire for my car without trying to sell me additional products. As a woman it was refreshing to have this experience.

I have used this location for the past 5 years and probably 4 or 5 sets of tires, replacements and repairs. Robert is always able to answer any question and provide valuable service advice. It is not a trivial process to install new tires on new rims using the existing TPMS modules and get them installed properly and balanced. Rober'ts techs are well trained and are consistent in handling the details required. I am very picky about my cars and watch the entire operation from start to finish.
