I had my daughter bring her car to NTB for tire repair. Turned out wheel was damaged and the manager explained options and took the time to help her. When she returned with replacement wheel the service was excellent. I have four cars and had all tires replaced at NTB. I am very happy my daughter was helped and I feel confident I will continue to only buy tires for my cars at NTB in the future.

Jerry, my check in associate, was very personable. They weren’t very busy when I arrived but there were twice as many there by the time I left. Quoted it would be 25-30 min to complete but tech was very slow. It was comfortable so it was ok, it was just a long time to wait when I could’ve gone to get groceries if I had known it would be 2 hours.

They give me opinions unlike other places who wanted me to spend for money than I need to.

Jerry was very helpful in diagnosing the problem causing my concern. He made good recommendations which we will address completely in January. I will go back to this location for new struts, brakes and rotors. I feel confident in taking my vehicle here and have already recommended them to my son who just moved to Athens.
