After wheel alignment, steering wheel is hard to turn. Had this car for 7 years with no problem until they get a hold of it. Store refuses to accept responsibility for what they broke!

Finally when I walked in after not being there for a while, it was nice to see the same familiar faces. They explained everything clearly and did a wonderful job. I felt secure letting them work on my vehicle.
