The service writer, Daylon Potts and service technician, Brad Balknight were the best. Both were very friendly and professional. NTB is lucky to have employes like Daylon and Brad. I will always ask for them when I return to this store and I will certainly return. The other employees I spoke to were also very friendly. The shop and parking lot were very clean also. This was my first visit to NTB and I will be back. I was refered to this shop by an NTB near my home because their shop did not have an allignment bay that would accomidate the height of my RV.
