Service was as advertised with regard to price and details of service. No surprises. Service associate, Luke Bodwell, was friendly and courteous, and was very knowledgeable about services performed. He answered all my questions confidently, including questions about other potential things that I was not there for on that day. I was especially pleased with his demeanor, and also observed the same in his interactions with other customers.

Store Mngr Luke Bodwell was very friendly and very knowledgeable about his business.Gave me a sales promotion that I wasnot aware of. Also interested in serving his community and civic minded.Luke had staff change 4 tires and front end aligned in a little over an hour. Great leader. Have already made others aware of this business. Just noticed that I was charged with 12 dollar disposal fee but I took the tires when I left.Guess I should have paid better attention even thou I had told him that I wanted tires.i
