Mainly value of the service. I used to change my own oil and filter, but the cost at NTB made me change my mind, not worth it to beat my self up any more.

Always great care from the guys that work there! Charlie is my go-to man! I trust him! John the manager is a great guy too. Johnnie serviced my car today and as always he was plesant and very knowledgable. He made some suggestions for future matinence. I always feel well taken care of when I go to this location. Came in for sked alignment, oil change and rotation. Richard found struts and shocks needed replacement and actually showed me the problems. He was was very courteous and professional in explaining these issues. Charles answered additional questions and worked up an estimate prior to start of repairs. Very pleased that all work was promptly completed by mid afternoon. P.S. minor...need sweetener and creamer for the good coffee.

I was in a bind this morning. My car battery died right across the street from this NTB. I walked across the street and explained my predicament. One of the workers drove me back to my car and jumped it off. I then drove back to their shop and purchased a battery. Within about 30-40 minutes, I was back on the road. I really appreciated their help. The reason that I would not likely go back for service is that my car is still under warranty with Ford and they've been doing my service for several years now. However, this is the second time I've been to NTB in an emergency and both times I've had excellent service.
