Everything from appointment ease, verbal pricing, quick service, pleasant and easy to talk to customer service. Car ready when quoted and the price quoted. Great work.

Sale associate (Spencer) was very nice and informative. Shop identified we needed additional service to our vehicle. He did not "push" to sell, but explained the issue should be addressed and provided us options. Will return to this NTB to have repair made because of his honesty.

This was my first time at NTB, and I was highly impressed. I had just had a horrible experience at tires plus 2 days prior to my visit, so it was very nice to come in and feel like my business was appreciated.
