I did not have an appointment. They didn't have the same tires that were originally on my truck, but had some that were a bit more expensive with a much longer life expectancy. They came within 30 minutes of the time they guessed it would take to put the new tires on. The young guy who helped me was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Pep Boys said there was no way to check my tire that evening. NTB said bring it on. You know how to make customers for life with service like that!
