Reggie was the best great communicator and great personality

Bought the car used. Though tire treads were good, unfortunately the sidewalls had dry rotted. Though I needed all four tires, I could only afford two. Merchant's performed the work without hassle while advising me on condition of other tires. I appreciated their concern. But also appreciated they didn't try to high sales pressure me into tires I couldn't afford at that moment.

I called about my tire and the great customer service and willingness to see me asap sold me on NTB. The rep met me in the lot and was kind and knowledgeable.

Coupon Special for $19.88. Now granted it's not the best motor oil I'm sure. But if it only stays in the car 3K miles, not a bad deal.

The service was friendly and didn't take near as long as I thought it would. Mr. Wallace took care of everything and was excellent help with setting up another appointment for tire purchase and choice.

Good service and fast

Manager or someone else had a 5 min conversation with myself were it ended with having an appointment only to then be told otherwise about them not respecting appointments for state inspection. We would have an appointment booked if that were discussed. They screwed me over as well with the state inspection which has been giving me stress.

I left the shop and noticed that my engine was smoking from under the hood. I stopped and opened the hood and saw that my engine on the passenger side was COVERED in oil. They did not use a funnel, they just poured it in the fill hole, letting quite a bit run down the side of my motor. I let the engine cool after getting home, checked the dipstick and had to add more oil. Im done with these clowns!

Keith was very professional and nice. He got the job done. I am very pleased with the work he provided and I will be returning for services for my vehicle.

Guy at front desk didnt tell workshop staff I was there so I sat and waited. Didnt get asked what type of oil change I wanted.
