I brought my Subaru Forester in because I had been having issues with two of the tires losing air. I had taken the vehicle to the dealership four times over the last eight months and they had been unable to identify the problem. I did not have an appointment but Tyler and his staff were very accommodating. Within minutes they found a nail in each tire. They completed the repair and worked to squeeze me in, between their other appointments. I would highly recommend NTB in Gloucester for great work and service.

Con Artist! Got Roadside warranty when I bought the tires and I was refilling my tire 4 times in a week and they said nothing was wrong with it and didnt even pump it up. Zero Stars. I will never go here again!

Was a walk in Tyler Douglas hall was super nice and knowledgeable he explained everything and was able to service me right away that’s unusual these days Tyler and Krestina Petrrauskis service manager were patient for this old lady and very polite and gave me the feeling of being in good hands thank you so very much Susan mitchell

I showed up at my scheduled appointment time to get my alignment done, and magically I no longer had one. It took am hour and a half to get my SUV on the rack. When they finally put it in the shop it took 2 hours for them to do the alignment. Thankfully I checked the measurement she before I left because not only did they forget to adjust my rear chambers but both my front and rear toe where take from 0.00 to the high positive. They finally fixed it. The tech said it was his first time doing it.

My visit to this NTB location was a great experience, from the serving time to looking at what I had came to the location for and providing me with updates as far as recommendations.

Terrible! Would not recommend! They did NOT rotate my tires as requested and when I had to ask them about it, they gave me some song and dance about how the wear was greater in the back; therefore, their policy was not to rotate them, but yet the service listed said they did.
