Monica Marsha Brown, Sales Assoc., was outstanding. Excellent customer service; very kind. volunteered to check my flat tire to see if it could be salvaged; helped me put my trunk back together afterwards, which the tow truck driver couldn't be bothered with, etc. She was helpful and kind with other customers as well. Also important was the cleanliness of the shop-didn't stink of tires. As I chose to wait for service, this was such a pleasant atmosphere. Great shop.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. and asked for a check of tie rods because of play in steering wheel when going over bumps. They confirmed an issue. Repairs were added to my originally scheduled oil change and done quickly while I waited. Very happy with service.

Jason Wright did an amazing job! He was helpful, communicative, and really took care of me. My wife needs tires soon and we will be coming back for sure and it’s because of the service that Jason provided.

They seemed confused with what they were doing. Couldn't find my appointment, lost my good tire I wanted to keep. I wouldn't go back to this location. They were very curtious though. The manager of the location was very nice.

I came in for state inspection even though the system was all down they were able to get my car inspected and I was satisfied.

Had an appointment for 3:30, they didnt get to my car until after 4:15. Why have appointments??!!

originally went in there for a tire balance thinking I had my tires off balanced. but on the way there for my appointment. I decided I rather get my alignment checked. it seemed like it was off. when i got there I explained why I wanted finished instead. they said they would but don't think it's the alignment. when they put it on the machine. what do you know it was the alignment lol. then they say they couldn't adjust the rear toe or the front chamber. I said yes you can and explained where to find them and they came out and said you were right. the only thing that I know can't be adjusted is the caster because I don't have the right kit on my GTO for if just yet. but other than that there were kind of friendly and somewhat understanding and I know just as well as anyone with a 2005 GTO knows not very many people or mechanics know that much on them unless they are a performance shop and deal with them all the time. Mileage was in putted wrong in their system.

Tires were suppose to be there for when i had been told to come in but didn't leave the warehouse nor did the warehouse check the inventory to know they were suppose to be brought to the store in the morning. And they put the wrong odometer reading in

Jason was amazing, he could tell I was very stressed when I walked in with a very flat tire, I was also in a hurry because I had a dentist appt. He was kind and helpful.

I was told all about the tires I purchased, and they were within my price

Customer service was incredibly professional. I was able to call in the morning of my service and get my tires replaced, alignment, and oil change all done on the same day on incredibly short notice. Staff was professional and friendly and services rendered were great.
