Great staff

Manager provided outstanding customer service explaining in detail on how state inspection take place at this location . The staff was great communicated with me on when my vehicle will be ready for pick up. I have used this location for quite sometime now and the service puts me at ease... because usually I was always in doubt of being over charged but after research I found out they have better rates and continue to be fair and reasonable on any service I need. So Bravo Zulu on a job well done...

Customer service, was very refreshing, I am 60 years old, I haven't seen customer service, in 30 years, until today. The employees provided service, with a genuine smile. And in doing that, they uplifted my day, because I am grieving, from the lost of my daughter. Customer service matters. .

Everyone I spoke to were friendly, professional, and honest. I appreciated the great service I received and how quickly the service was provided. Both Monica and Jayson were very helpful, they both reflect well on NTB and deserve recognition.

Mary was an excellent mechanic and the store manager, Justin was friendly. Fit me in for originally a tire patch, but I actually needed a new one and thankfully, there was one in stock. Spent under an hour there, returning customer for life!

My inspection was done very quickly and although it failed, they gave me a reference of who to go to to fix the issue they were unable to fix. When I brought my car back for re-inspection, they did it right then and there for me and I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Very friendly service as well.
