The store manager was amazing, he took the time to explain the process and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I observed his interaction with an elderly lady and he was kind, informative and engaged in a cooperative problem solving conversation allowing her to feel heard and respected. He did the same for me and did not demean my concerns in regards to cost due to the unexpected spending for me. The tech, Ms. Bryan was efficient and my vehicle drives well. Due to this great first impression I have called three other family members to sing this facility praises and this is all due to a great leader Jason Wright.
