Good service

Came in short notice and they got me in almost immediately. Chank was very helpful at the front desk and Drew changed my oil as well as updated me on the status of other parts of my vehicle. No issues at all, would recommend, and will be coming back.

Always have a good experience except that the windshield washer fluid is never topped off as the description says.

I did not have to wait long for my vehicle. I was also satisfied with the service that was done to my vehicle.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 10:30 in the morning and did not get out of there until 1:30 and then after they were done i had to ask them to check tire pressure as 1 tire was low.

The staff is always professional, answering all questions, taking the time to explain the products needed to keep your vehicle operating. This the only NTB location I bring my vehicle to for service.They will also make recommendations when necessary necessary.

Engine light was on! Was told that all I needed was to replace the fuel cap; (Code indication). Replaced cap on Thursday. Light back on Sunday. Not happy!

The Manager Clenford Check JR. is the best person I have ever dalt with with my auto services That is why I keep coming back and would never do business any where else unless he was to go some where else he is a rea; assect to your Co. You need more like him and he only has the best people working for him, The service is just GREAT, You need to award him with something exter, so he knowes he is the BEST

Excellent customer service

They had no record of the service agreement I paid for and also tried to sell me 2 new tires because there were nails, the tires were a hefty price. They told me they couldn't plug them. I took it elsewhere ant they plugged them no problem. Very dishonest
