I needed to change my oil service from a synthetic blend to conventional (cost related reason), and the associate promptly fixed my oil change order! It was a huge relief, I appreciate them for understanding.

I had no experience before with NTB, because of the pandemic I was having trouble finding a tire that fit my vehicle. NTB had the tires I needed and the price was very affordable no jacked up price because of demand. I made the appointment and they followed through in a friendly and quick manner. When I needed tires again they were my first thought. I would recommend them to anyone. And I will return again. My truck is still under warranty for oil changes and whatever but once that is over I will call NTB for the work.

They took time to check my brakes on my truck and told me everything that was wrong with it lucky for me they found that my brakes where ok and told me about the things that I would have to take care of in the near future they were very professional

Id asked to have my tires rotated in addition to the oil change, but they assured me the tires were wearing evenly. I appreciated not being sold something that wasnt needed.
