I last minute called about engine trouble. They dropped everything to help me and went out of their way to help and reassure me. They helped me with next steps and really explained everything to me. Incredibly kind and thoughtful!

Mishka was amazing! She was kind and considerate and incredibly professional. Her customer service skills are off the charts! While I waited in the lobby for my oil change, I witnessed multiple customers present their naturally unpleasant and unprovoked attitude toward Mishka, but she handled each interaction with a polite disposition that I've never seen in automotive service before. Each unruly customer left happier than when they entered. Mishka deserves a raise and a promotion!!
