Me (cardholder) and son (Jorge), are highly satisfied with the care of Manager Chris in an unexpected situation. We stayed in a VRBO property for Christmas, and my son needed to go back to work the 26th third shift, when he removed his car from black ice, apparently the tire went completely flat, and needed a new tire, he went to another place and it was closed for the Holidays. When he called me, I called Mr. Chris, and he said: come in, let him bring the car here, no problem! My son drive with the broken tire carefully, and he was serviced in less than two hours, they did full service and we changed the 4 tires. Although the shop had limited personnel after Christmas, and lots of customers, they work diligently dedicated on solving all their customers car needs. My son is new at his job, and he was able to go to work with no problems, for which I am very thankful for the service provided. Great Manager, Mr. Chris-thank you! The costumer service rep was courteous and professional. I really liked the email communication and the list of work to be done. I also appreciate NTB's option to pay online, making picking up the vehicle much simpler. Thank you.
