I’ve been to this NTB numerous times and I am always happy with their quality of work and timeliness of getting it done. This time was a big job: mount and balance new tires, wheel alignment, brake pad and brake rotor replacements on both axles, and a brake fluid exchange. While it took two days to do the job, I am very satisfied with all the work that the techs did. I have had all three of our cars serviced at this NTB location for various services over the years, and I will continue coming back here whenever I need anything else in the future.

Got a good evaluation of problems related to oil change and tire rotation so that I needed to review issues with manager and make arrangements to replace old tires.

When the manager spoke with me, he listened to my concerns about when I needed my vehicle. He apologized for the delay and inconvenience and discounted my price for the service. He let me know that they were behind schedule and they will have my vehicle ready a week from the original time. I appreciate the honesty and him taking a couple of dollars off of the price.
