Safety and emission inspection was performed,it was done in timely and without any issues.

Minor issue occurred. Was handled very well by the staff.

NTB customer service is horrible. I had an appointment drop off for 4:30 pm And came back at closing and they still had not got the car into the garage. The app will not allow me to give 1 star, as customer service could not diagnose the problem with the ABS light on as they just said your brakes need to be replaced, a thousand dollars and 24 hours later the light was still on. I would not recommend NTB for any service at all.

Lied about tire rotation.

I had them check the battery because we recently needed to jump start the car after a light in the car was left on overnight. They checked the battery and charging system and verified everything was fine. I also had a state inspection (NC) and they completed that promptly. It did require new windshield wiper blades and I was offered 2 options. I think the service was completed in 30-40 minutes.

Scheduled to have state inspection performed for 2 cars, both were dropped off and 2 hrs later I was informed they didn't have DMV stickers to complete the inspection. There was no Assistence to have it done at another location, even though I expressed the importance of getting it done for my daughters car...she made a special trip to have it done and was on a tight schedule to get it done and return...This was the worst experienced since I've received with my 5 vehicles being serviced there over the past 15 years

Staff very nice, but they cannot balance a wheel to save their life

Easy, quick, friendly, courteous and the pricing is comparable to Costco, but NTB is in my neighborhood.
