very friendly staff... quick quote for the tires i was looking for and they were in stock... installed while i waited and it didnt take as long as i was told :) repair tech was also very polite when i asked him about the alignment ... great experience that you dont find at many places these days .... buy this team a lunch or dinner because they deserve it!

Both Brian and Kent were excellent to deal with over the phone and in person. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and were so pleasant and respectful. Beat customer service I have experienced in a long time and they’ve earned my business.

This visit was was, but me earlier visit the same week was quite unpleasant. It was the first time in the 15 plus years Ive been going their, where I was considering going somewhere else, because of the worst customer experience I received from someone new working at the front desk. For the first time Going their I felt looked over and made to feel totally invisible ... in comparison to other customers entering the shop. Hopefully that will be my one and only experience!
