Took a fair time but they don't call me to let me know that the truck is done...I called them to asked the status.

Made a scheduled appointment for an Oil Change yet had to wait just over 2 hours. DId not notice or repair low Air indicator for low air pressure.

Even with appt, had to wait 2 hours, then they failed to do requested inspection. Had to wait additional 45 minutes and missed dinner plans. Increasingly degrading service here. Looking for a new shop

Excellent customer service! I am always greeted with friendliness and a smile. The associates are patient and really good about explaining the services needed on your vehicle.

At least the 3rd time I have made an appt for an oil change and it has taken well over an hour to preform.

I’m happy that they were able to find the issue quickly and the service was excellent and the communication was great.

they never did the alignment. had to go to the dealership to get it done.

Great customer services.

Car took 3 days to align which by the way they were not able to get into spec. Cars initial values were better than after merchants touched it. Customer service sucks, beyond understaffed in the front office. They attempted to cover up the fact they couldn't get the car to align saying their printer was broken and could not give me the print out. I wouldn't trust these guys with a can of hairspray and a box of matches.
