Took my car in for an oil change on 2/20, this visit was my 3rd visit back cause now I'm leaking about a quarter cup of oil everyday now. First visit back I took it in they tell me faulty filter, second visit back in they tell me possibly change from conventional to synthetic may cause it....never had conventional oil in my truck called BS on them, 3rd visit back they tell me oil pan gasket has failed. Manager won't call me to discuss, so I've contacted their corporate office. Still waiting.

It was an oil change done on short notice, but i had to return a few days later after noticing oil spots on my driveway. The seal on the filter was either defective or over/under torqued when installed. They were good in regards to getting it right in to correct the issue, but a bit disappointed to have had it in the first place.3/11 update: still leaking and getting 3 different excuses now, corporate office supposed to contact me now, still waiting 2 days later. Next call is attorney gen.

The store manager was VERY kind. He kept me updated during my wait, explained things as they were discovered by the technician doing the work, and was honest about the cost of things. He saved me money and made me feel like he was taking care of me. I will be back!!

The experience was terrible. They could have plugged my tire but Said they couldn't. I spent 16 years in field services with Goodyear, I know it could have been plugged. Oversold me but will never sell me again.

The guy who checked me in was nice, got my car back quickly, and communicated the total price at the very beginning. When they found my engine intake filter needed replacing, he showed it to me and updated me on the total price again. Very satisfied with the experience and how he kept me updated. I don’t like surprises in car maintenance/repair, so this process definitely met my expectations.

I have dealt with NTB at a number of different locations for a number of different issues and I have always been satisfied with the customer service and the work.
