They didn't clean up after service I had to clean up the door panel where grease was mess up and they didn't check air pressure tires I took my car back to service to recheck

The staff and management were friendly, especially Nicholas and Shawn

Shop pretended that the included rotation in my alignment package was extra charge. Tech forgot rotation and i had to tell them again. At the end i asked how my van was and was told they didnt discussed that because they had no time for that.

Could not get a valve cover gasket so will have to bring car back at a later date

It was a waste of my time and money. My truck drove worse after they worked on it. I took it back and they rotated the tires and did another alinement. They said that was the cause of the problem . That only took them about 2 hours. When they were done I asked for a print out of the alinement sense they never gave me one the first time. They said they didnt have one. So they brought my truck back in the shop and hooked up the machine and took another hour doing an alinement. it's still wrong

Everyone was helpful and friendly. They were able to fit me in by just being a walk in needing a state inspection. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I would most definitely use this location again.

I called this location due to my tire being flat. John assisted me over the phone, gave me an ETA of an hour which was awesome. When I arrived John greeted me, remembered speaking to me, and assisted me very quickly. He was very kind and made me feel very welcome. As a young lady, getting work done on a vehicle can be very stressful but John made me feel secure, cared for, and confident in my choice. I really appreciate the speediness of service as well.
