We’re on our way to see one of our sons graduate BCT at Fort Jackson, SC. The Enterprise rental we had, had bad wipers when we went through a shower today. We saw the Enterprise down the road, stoped there, and they told us to go to NTB. John and John were very helpful trying to get through the Enterprise process and they took care of the problem. Enterprise should take a lesson from your shop. Something as simple as wiper blades that street should be an easy, check the box, make the repair. Your prices are very favorable to the shops back home in WNY. If you were closer to home I’d use your shop. Take care!

We were in a 30 ft motorhome, from Canton OH, just pulled in an hour or so before they closed. We have a E450 dully chassis. The 2 tires on the rear passenger side were in bad shape. 1 blew and the other was not holding air! That All mattered to John Kane, Nick and John! They were all 3 determined that we get back on the road safely! We ended up with 4 new heavy duty tires at what we considered a very good price!!! We had an emergency and needed to replace 4 tires on a car plus get a tire alignment. The Manager, John Kane, checked to see if he had 4 tires available that would fit the car. He did, we left the car with him, came back, and checked a couple of hours later and the car was ready, the alignment had been done and we were very happy with this location and the timeliness of the job.
