The Staff, Price, & Quality of Service. The Staff notably GM Julian, Mgr Alvaro, Front Desk Jannet, & the Mechanic/s that worked on my car are ALL highly professional, personable with clear communication- they're EXCELLENT. The price was extremely reasonable and totally beat my dealership's estimate. And finally, the service is SUPERLATIVE! My car now runs practically like brand new- smooth & quiet ride. This SPECIFIC NTB staff are happily now my new mechanics.
