The employees were very professional and took care of my car in great timing and was very detailed in taking care of any issues with my vehicle.

We currently have four cars in our immediate family and I take every one of them to Merchants Tires on Golden Mile for any service and/or repairs. Ive been going here for 10+ years.

They explained everything to me and didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need.

Initially they made it sound like my car would be looked at right away only to find out that it was going to be the next day. They also told me I needed a new battery when I did not. (We has a reading done at another location that showed us the printout. NTB would not give me the printout.) I will never go back.

Very good customer service

these people make up repairs that aren"t needed. Telling you the brakes need to be replaced on back one time and front the next. Pads were only half worn both times so be very careful and go somewhere else before deciding to have items replaced.
