The process of finding the tires that I wanted on the website and then making an appointment was simple and straightforward. I wanted to add a service to my appointment (oil change) but couldn't figure out a way to do that, so that was frustrating, but the shop was able to accommodate my needs even though it wasn't part of my reservation. Once I was in the shop, the associate was helpful in making sure I was getting everything I needed and explained any additional services and those options. The services were completed within the timeframe that the associate gave me and they were prompt and effective in their communication.
