The actual service was excellent. However, I had to come to the center twice before I could get the service done because of overbooking.

They were able to find an appropriate tire and allowed me to drop off car before work. Picked up fixed car after work.

Not professional and broke parts of car tried blaming me

The store manager, Musa Muhammad, was excellent in both customer service and skill. He was communicative, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I was so impressed and grateful for his help and expertise and will definitely come back for his help again when our care needs more repairs!

Excellent service - fast, friendly, effective

Henry was our technician, he was phenomenal. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very friendly, and he did it for a very low price.

The store manager Musa was very attentive, open in communication and straight forward about timing and cost. I had never visited this location before, but am pleased by their performance.
