I had an issue with the alternator. It was replaced and is working very well now. Musa Muhammad is a great asset to this location. I value his professionalism, communication skills, and kindness. He made the whole process easy.



I didn’t have an appt, had an urgent need ans they took my car and serviced it and it was ready within 3 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Much appreciated for the entire experience.

I am leaving this NTB shop one satisfied customer . First of all, my 11:15 appointment time was honored and my car was put in a bay. I came here to purchase a new tire. The gentleman behind the counter. Musa Muhammad-was courteous and kept me abreast of how much longer it would be. He was professional and friendly. Musa was incredibly helpful, responsive and efficient. I don’t know anything about cars/tires/etc, so I was an obvious target to be taken advantage of; however, Musa acted with integrity. He was honest and transparent and took care of my vehicle in the most economically efficient manner possible.
