Pleasant and helpful. Had a flat on the day before the holiday. They were swamped but turned it around, got an out of stock tire and my car back to me the next day.

On a Sunday, in the mid-afternoon before I was to drive 300 miles to my home, the NTB staff bailed me out by both having the exact tire I needed, and then fitting me in for installation in on what was obviously a very busy day. I hope you pay the folks who work on Sunday double time and a half. I have had mixed experiences with NTB over the years, this location is currently top rate.

Mechanic was excellent, he even test drove the car after he aligned the wheels to ensure it was perfect. Also gave me a printout of the alignment computer specs to compare to the factory specs that I brought in. I'm very pleased with the service.

They were very quick to chat with me upon arrival. They gave me a brief and description of the services I was paying for. The time of which they will be doing the work is very quick.

Lots of location and easy access, Muhammad was very pleasant to work with. Very attentive to all the customer question and details.
