Send my brother in law to get the service done. They worked very fast. I'm surprised. However, mileage keeps getting disregarded. They did not put down the correct mileage, and not I can't remember how much it was...184,500's???

I had an appointment and the Tire Kingdom was busy but the manager adjusted the work and kept my appointment on schedule. He also had the tire I unexpectedly needed in stock, had it installed and got me on my way in very reasonable time.

Tried to upsell new shocks. 200% of market price on shocks.

Painless. Checked in relatively quickly. Courteous cashier. Vehicle was ready in a few hours. NO UPSELLING!

Tires were not balanced adequately the first time and replacement brakes are noticable less capable then stock pads and rotors.

David the manager was great, offered key advice and made it easy for us to get the tires we needed.

Brakes didn't get replaced. I replaced them with a personal mechanic night prior.Needed a fluid exchange (charged $80 by TK).TK returned the car in worst cond. on than b4, as they blamed my personal mech for being responsible. Is this because I didn't choose TireKingdom to do my brakes?... Then they told me that i needed bleeding and had to pay over $110 for it (so that would be 80 110, almost reaching 200)... I accepted, waited, then car was returned, they only charged for fluid exchange.

Reps were thorough and courteous. Explanations of the servicing were done professionally. Premises were clean
