Tires and alignment in an hour. Your Location was perfect for a morning stroll on the beach while I waited and made for a great start to my day!

This store location is always clean and organized. The manager David Garcia is always so friendly, so helpful and explains everything and offers options and is straight forward. Just always makes it a great experience. I trust him and his team 100%. I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues and of course my own children because I need to know they are safe on the road. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else now. Its so hard to trust an automotive service advisor anywhere but I found one. Tire Kingdom needs to recognize this exemplary employee because he’s the reason Ive stayed as a customer and why many other customers return.

Excellent service, install the new part and fixed my alignment problems all within the time promised while I waited.

I discovered a nail in my tire and in a panic, first I called the Tire Kingdom in Jupiter at the chase wood plaza. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and refused to see me even though I begged for an appointment. He coldly told me they couldn’t see me today even though I was clearly distressed. He was horrible. When I called the Tire Kingdom in Juno Beach, Israel answered the call and was my savior! He fit me in as a last appointment and was so kind and gracious. He is a true asset. I do think the people at Tire Kingdom at the Chasewood Plaza in Jupiter should be ashamed of how they treat customers. They are awful and I will not go there in the future and I will dissuade my friends and family from going there. Israel made my visit to his Tire Kingdom a wonderful experience and he should be commended for his customer service focus.

The manager that was present, Ottavio, was very very helpful in setting up the appointment for my vehicle, explaining the process of its service, and provided constant updates on the vehicles progress and anything that needed to be brought to my attention

Said the info. I rec'd. @ Audi of West Palm Beach was wrong ( btw, they're the 2nd service people to tell me that about Audi of WPB ?? ) ! .They showed me brakes on the A3 are fine all around, and good to go for thousands miles, and the rotors have only minor issue.

David is fantastic to deal with. Extremely happy every time I come to the Juno Beach location

Excellent and attentive staff

The associate was very friendly and explained a danger of driving on 2 very worn tires. He was genuinely concerned for my well being. The car that I was driving did not belong to me ; so he cautioned me as to driving any distance with those tires.
